Job Description

Job SummaryResponsible in managing the operations of more than a project and the implementation of all projects? EPC phases, processes, policies and procedures through proper execution of competencies such as decision making, leadership, and technical skills and management functions to achieve Projects? targets and contribute to the achievement of the company?s strategic goals and objectives.Major Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensures the compliance of projects? managers and engineers to the procedures related to their jobs.
  2. Assigns jobs to Project & Site Managers and Engineers and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to accomplish the high-quality project output and achieve deadlines.
  3. Reports to management on major issues and commercial matters related to contracts and projects.
  4. Assists the Sales and Marketing department in under-bidding jobs in terms of technical point of view.
  5. Facilitates the definition of projects? scope, defines projects? tasks and resources requirements, develops full scale of projects? plans, schedules projects? timelines and leads in the implementation of projects? at all stages up to construction and handing over to client in order to achieve the required goals and deliverables.
  6. Manages projects budgets, projects site resources allocation in order to run within fixed budgets and schedule.
  7. Constantly monitors projects progress and provides progress reports for all stakeholders as basis towards planning results.
  8. Evaluates projects progress towards defining interventions and solutions to problems encountered in the execution of the projects in order to achieve projects? the desired outputs.
  9. Interfaces with Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Projects Managers, all stake holders, clients and projects? owners on the execution of projects activities towards planning results.
  10. Attends client meetings, queries, request, and furnish updated projects reports.
  11. Follows up issuance of invoices on time as per contract unit prices and method of measurement, and coordinates with Finance and client for payment.
