Performs a day-to-day on-site follow-up of the projects engineering activities to accelerate the projects life cycle in coordination with consultants, contractors and Magrabi staff.
Monitors actual projects performance against planned time schedule to assure the delivery of the project within time as per approved budget and in compliance with Magrabi Quality Standard.
Assists the department head in leading the projects throughout the project life cycle from initiation till closing.
Participates in issuance/applying/development of department policies and procedures.
Reviews claims/payment; reviews change orders; manages the interpretation of contract documents, drawing submittals/approvals and contract compliance.
Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Plans to prevent problems and resolves any emerging ones.
Analyzes, manages, and mitigates risks.
Ensures quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
