Project Specialist will support the Operations Manager and the BU Head in planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting projects with the use of the organization project management methodology.
Key Activities
Ensure all the organizations projects are delivered on time within the required scope.
˙Develop proper tools to monitor and track the progress of the projects and update project progress on the organization PM tools such as Teamwork and Project Trackers.
˙Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
˙Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation and update project libraries.
Communication
˙Support the management of the necessary communication activities.
Reporting project progress to Health management and escalating with interventions when needed.
Innovation
˙Advise any optimization or changes required to maintain an effective Project Implementation Process
Ongoing assessment of PMO KPI targets vs actual impact.
