Project ManagerJob Location : JeddahKey Accountabilities:?Direct engineering activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations.?Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.?Manage project budget, quality, time, and safety.?Negotiate the contracts of subcontractors, communicate with inspectors and architects?Meet with site engineers and coordinate the delivery of materials with vendors.?Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications?Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met?Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits?Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement?Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices?Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project?Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way?Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients?Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction?Direct engineering activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations.?Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.?Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.Job Requirements:?Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.?Knowledge: Excavation and Fence.?Experience: 15 Years of related experience.
