1)????Gets acquainted with the various production processes and flows2)????Engages and coordinates with the various departments to understand the ??project needs which may vary from a simple production process optimization to ?the installation of additional equipment in existing facilities, greenfield projects,???3)????Pro-actively leads the project team to deliver the initial requirements such as a ?conceptual layout with internal traffic plan, Capex list, Civil, Electrical and ?Mechanical requirements, ? following a close coordination with the various ?departments involved.4)????Arranges for a project timeline and detailed project budget, ?including the required resources5)????Following the project approval, coordinates with the Design Engineering ?Consultant for obtaining a detailed design pack and BOQ6)????Works together with the Procurement team for the technical pre-qualification of ?the contractors and suppliers7)????Proposes and arranges the project team resources to meet the project timeline ?and budget8)????Organizes the submittal of the Scope of Work to the Procurement Department ?for obtaining bids9)????Reviews the technical specifications and compliance to the technical??requirements once the bids are obtained10) ?Monitors and manages the contractors11) ?Gets the best out of the project team12) ?Closely monitors and manages the project execution and assures that the ?project is delivered ?on-time and on-budget, hereby assuring full compliance to ?the internal controls and management guidelines.?
