Prepare internal and external reports related to job status to keep the direct manager updated to avoid any unplanned cases.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emergence cases to maintain project time and cost
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques to meet the market objective.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts to ensure the project meets the best price and quality with the proposed budget.?
