Role PurposeTo analyse the requirement from business users and ensure fulfilment of the requirement in form of modules (application).Responsibilities

Responsible for analysis of the requirement given by business analyst and technical lead and direct manager.
Responsible for creating the technical design and the actual implementation of the requirement and review it by technical lead.
Responsible for developing the actual modules as per users requirement and prepare the release document.
Responsible for acting on quality assurance feedback on issues on the actual implementation.
Responsible for maintaining the current systems and fix any live issues reported by users or support team.
Key Activities
Estimate the time required to develop the modules and discuss with technical lead further action.
Develop the application modules that meet business requirement and follow Microsoft solution framework standard.
Prepare unit test case (prototype) to ensure the requirement understood by developer and review prototype with quality assurance team.
Review and verify release document by technical lead.
Receive issues form QA and work on fixing live issues in the application.
Participate with business activities and discuss their requirement.
Prepare technical design based on business analyst discussion (as per job holder this task should be done by someone who has more experience).
Peer code review
Prepare test data and unit test cases of responsible module.
Knowledge transfer to team member.
