JeddahMandatory - Saudi Nationals.?Position Purpose : ????????In this unique and exciting customer centric role, you will be focused on identifying, creating and executing opportunities to achieve our top and bottom line objectives.????????You will deal with key retailers and distributors; your focus will be to create and offer clear tailored made value propositions. You will position CHEP as the best supply chain partner helping our customers to differentiate and to better compete.????????To protect and enhance CHEP?s legal title?- through education, investigation, persuasion and/or legal actions where required, recover strayed CHEP assets and enhance CHEP legal title. Working with field teams to find areas of loss, potential fraud and theft of CHEP assets????????Works with field teams and new business sales teams and a point of escalation when discussions reach an impasse??Major/Key Accountabilities : ????????To achieve revenue, volume, margin and customer satisfaction targets.????????Build strategic relationships with Retail and Distributor customers by developing in depth expertise about customer business, understanding future trends and by forging solid relationships with key decision makers.????????Effectively create and communicate CHEP?s tailored made value proposition, provide innovation and align CHEP?s capabilities to customer needs and industry trends to enable growth.????????Develop business plans for customer accounts addressing growth, cost reduction, sustainability and ease of doing business.????????Lead and manage the sales funnel within the existing and new customers.????????Lead commercial negotiations with the customer.????????Grow Business within assigned territory by getting new customers on board.????????Develop and present timely business review with customers and business updates to CHEP management??Qualifications : ????????Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in a legal or law enforcement discipline is a plus?.?Experience : Experience/relationships with governmental bodiesWork experience from 7-10 yearsExperience in the informal sector of the trade (traditional trade) within the FMCG industry Excellent interpersonal skillsAble to influence to achieve results without confrontation,Good command of Microsoft officeProject ManagementExperience/relationships with governmental bodies and legal is a plus.Field experience is required?
