Job Description

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company?s vision and strategy.

  • Monitor the workflow to ensure breadcrumbs are made to product specifications, on time and all orders are fulfilled while minimizing waste
  • Oversee breadcrumbs production staff, directing, coaching, and ongoing training
  • Provide feedback on staff performance
  • Help with the hiring and training of new employees
  • Work with managers in the design, development, and implementation of programs to help control/reduce costs
  • Assist with quality control programs to safeguard product quality
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SFDA, ISO, and GMP
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including GMPs, safety, and company regulations
