Job Description

1.0 Principal objective of the Job:??Responsible for achieving production objectives ensuring that the product solutions are? prepared for filling as per production plans. Continuous process evaluation for GMP? improvement and cost control.??Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance of the facility, personnel & processes to the standards.?
  • Implementation of cost control measures.??
  • Lead and Manage Production section.??
  • Monitor production of RO, DM, WFI, as per production requirements.?
  • Ensure that water treatment plant complies with the GMP requirements.
  • Ensure weighing, mixing, CIP & SIP and solution preparation as per BMR and SOPs.?
  • Oversee mixing, fillings and sterilization processes.??
  • Ensure that solutions are produced according to the specification.??
  • Authorize the work instructions and standard operating procedures related to? production and ensures their strict implementation.?
  • Ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed before being sent to? the Quality Control Department.??
  • Ensure maintenance of premises and equipment in the production.
  • Ensure performing of appropriate qualification/validation.??
  • Monitor production processes & in-process chemical analysis results.?
  • Ensure that personnel are adequately trained to perform the assigned tasks and? compliance to SOPs, cGMP and safety guidelines.??
  • Ensure that everybody observed the shop floor disciplines, personal hygiene and? shift timing.?
