-Supervise all production shift staff and control materials and tools for all production areas.-Recording and Reporting the shift output of all problems and taking his action plan & preventive action during his shift & circulate to all production staff.-Full control of the production process & meet the delay target and monthly target.-Full control of the production process to reduce the scrap, deviation according to the plant percentage.-Check all instruction sheets before issuing them to the production supervisors.-Responsible for all machines monitoring (Speed, size, efficiency, manpower, material, tools, and requirement).-Check the cleanliness and arrangement of plants.-Ensure quality, health, and safety procedures are followed.
