Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Prepare training schedules and classroom agenda.
Translate requirements into training activities that will groom employees for the next step of their performance excellence.
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, manuals, certificates, training schedules, venue reservation and catering.
Design, prepare and order training materials and aids.
Deliver product training sessions, classroom/virtual.
Monitor and report data on completed courses, attendance, score results, leveling and KPI performance.
Provide analysis reports on each training course including training evaluation, pre and post assessment results to identify areas improvement and enhance the training impact.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Oversee motivation plan implementation for sales team.
Follow up career path and leveling system for employees? promotions in line with HR Policies and procedures.
Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
