???Collect data from requesters and clarify purchase requisition descriptions, UOM, need by date, delivery location, and item specifications???Source new potential vendors and update the Averda Preferred vendor list?????Develop and lead new supply sources while supporting daily responsibilities?????Conduct RFQ, supplier?s selection and review T&Cs and negotiate commercials????Negotiate possible price, payment terms, and delivery schedules??????Prepare purchase orders (whenever required)??????Ensure consistent timely delivery through monitoring and following up on POs?????Resolve vendor and requester disputes pertaining to quality, service, warranty and delivery?????Identify spend optimization opportunities across categories????Create, maintain and amend supplier agreement and contracts?????Perform vendor market assessment and evaluation??????Identify supplier risks????Interface positively with internal cross functional organizations and suppliers?????Coordinate and guide business shared service center and procurement officers for transactional activities???Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager / Director??????Support other initiatives/activities as directed by????Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies
