Hospital Procurement Manager˙We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced procurement manager to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for the hospital, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical procurement for a hospital or health group, with minimum 5 years of similar experience in the healthcare industry.˙Responsibilities:˙Develop and implement procurement policies and proceduresManage the procurement process from sourcing to deliveryNegotiate contracts with suppliers and vendorsMonitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of suppliesWork with department heads to identify procurement needsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsEnsure compliance with all procurement regulations and policies according to MOH˙Requirements:˙Bachelor?s degree in a proper medical field with a background, in supply chain management, or a related field5+ years of experience in procurement, with experience in the healthcare industryStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of procurement regulations and policies˙Benefits˙Health insurancePaid annual vacation.end of contract benefit˙
