Job Description

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company?s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Negotiates agreement with main suppliers, and periodically renew pricelist, terms and conditions.
  • Tracks good received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
  • Conduct all procurement and logistic activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Create forecast of demand to be prepared for upcoming requirements.
  • Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met taking availability, cost, manufacturing process and lead time into consideration.
  • Coordination and control of purchase orders.
