Job Description

  • 1.Produce and tests bleach according to current manufacturing procedure and specification to meet the packing line requirements.
  • 2. Maintain all required records and submit all reports as directed.
  • 3. Assists the process team leader in maintaining all assigned equipment?s in proper operating condition.
  • 4. Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
  • 5. As a member of the plant emergency team, is trained in handling chlorine emergencies. Can operate B kit and SCBA.
  • 6. Unload and stores incoming raw materials.
  • 7. Load outbound chemical shipments.
  • 8. Maintains all required records in in/out material transactions.
  • 9. Connecting/disconnecting chlorine cylinders.
  • 10. Takes inventory of materials as scheduled.
  • 11. Ensures that his work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
  • 12. Understands and follows all plant safety, work, and attendance rule.
