Job Duties:1. Perform all tasks related to cost control, planning and reporting, progress measurement, schedule development/control and management of change, project trends, bottle necks, procurement monitoring, wastage control, logs to monitor document/material submission to supervision consultant, presentation to client representatives, developing/modifying Testing & Commissioning and Handing Over Plan, facilitation in hand-over process etc.2. Prepare & Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports3. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress update along with weekly & monthly look-ahead schedules4. Prepare & Monitor procurement log5. Perform data analysis to identify deviation from baseline schedule & approved cost6. Perform earned value analysis to find project trends.7. Monitor Material Wastage8. Highlight project bottlenecks9. Able to read & understand drawingOther Skills:1. Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills˙2. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills3. Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills˙4. Technical Reporting.5. Proficiency in Primavera
