Job Description

Job SummaryTo develop a project program of work in coordination with project managers and under the support of the planning manager. Follow up on project progress, update program of work, highlight key delays, and prepare periodical reports to planning manager and other senior managers as per needs.Tasks and Duties

  • Develop project program of works for all company projects and develop tools and techniques to reach operational? excellence such as key performance indicators and other monitoring tools?
  • Coordinate with the project manager to develop a detailed program of work for each project and agree on high-level outlines such as timelines and action plan; follow up regularly on projects progress and update program of works accordingly.??
  • Monitor projects timeline and highlight key delays when needed and set an action plan to comply with? contracts agreement?
  • Prepare periodical reports on project progress, key milestones, major delays, and show distribution of manpower and equipment. Send report to planning manager for review and all related senior managers.?
  • Develop project manpower and equipment planning in coordination with logistics planning coordinator, before execution to ensure effective and efficient implementation?
  • Communicate resource plan with the Project Manager and collect feedback to improve efficiency, increase quality,? and reduce costs??
  • Communicate with the planning manager on department performance. Identify gaps related to planning activities? across the company and suggest opportunities for improvement?
  • Provide support during the elaboration of the implementation strategy??
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors as and when required?
  • Follow up on resolution and escalation of project delays and liaise with client in terms of work update and project? timeline and deliverance?
