Job Description

Main Job Purpose:Achieve the inventory target, improve the inventory quality of Nahdi stores, maintain the shelf availability and store readiness in addition to improving the DC (distribution center) efficiency for the assigned division through the collaboration with the concerned stakeholders and respond to the received complaints and inquiries.Accountabilities:Replenishments Management:

  • Analyze and update division replenishment parameters based on the review of the check points and feedbacks for the Nahdi store inventory through the analysis of many factors (historical and forecasted sales, store space and store classetc) to ensure store readiness, shelf availability, and distribution center capacity and store inventory target and quality.
  • Analyze, respond and quantify replenishment activities and requests (promotion, supplier activities, commercial activities, sales requests, displayetc.) received from different stakeholders and update the division replenishment parameters accordingly to ensure store readiness, shelf availability, and distribution center capacity and store inventory target and quality.
  • Participate in the periodic business review meetings with the concerned stakeholders through the preparation of the presentations, analysis, and recommended actions in order to present the assigned division replenishment performance.
  • Conduct field visits to Nahdi stores and the distribution centers based on visits schedule in order to validate the replenishment parameters, to enhance the communication and gather feedback to develop the corrective actions.
Sales Forecast & Replenishment Plan:·       Develop and communicate the sales forecast and replenishment plan (on SKU & Store level) through the application of the commercial inputs (if any) and the analysis of the actual historical sales to ensure presentable forecasted demand which is the base for calculating the shelf availability buying plans and activities.Stores Planning:·       Identify the assigned division shelf availability gaps, store readiness, distribution center capacity and store inventory through the analysis of the system generated reports and communicate to the concerned stakeholders accordingly in order to implement the appropriate corrective action.Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
