Job descriptionSearching for an experienced as a payroll accountant to complete the daily payroll operations for the branch, along with sufficient expertise in various accounting jobs.The primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments, subject to deductions. Undertake payroll and records preparation and contribute to various accounting tasks, such as updating payroll files and generally directing accounting entries.To succeed in this role, he/she must have strong mathematics skills and knowledge of national laws relating to payroll. If he meets these criteria and has a degree in finance or a similar field, an interview can initially be considered.ResponsibilitiesGeneral supervision of employee salariesnet salary calculation.Make sure payroll documents are accurateUpdate general ledger and payroll filesMonitor uncollected leaveUpdating attendance schedules and their consequences.solving payroll problemsAnswer employee questions about salariesParticipate in salary audit.Communication with the Banks (general bank transfers, salary transfers, opening workers? bank accounts, updating labors accounts and ATM cards)Ensuring compliance of the public and private sectors with payroll accounting, such as wages protection and GOSIPreparing files, register and general accounting tables for the accounting department.
