Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee accurate inventory counts across both locations and conduct regular recounts/audits to minimize discrepancies and wasteMonitor stock levels, ordering, and storage practices to control food costTrack and analyze sales performance across both branches, identifying trends and opportunitiesEvaluate menu item performance (best sellers, slow movers, profitability) and recommend adjustments to pricing, mix, or promotionsLeverage a pastry chef background to maintain and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across both locationsStandardize recipes and preparation methods so output is identical regardless of branchRedesign and streamline preparation workflows so item prep time does not exceed a maximum of 20 minutesPlan staffing, prep schedules, and kitchen workflow around this efficiency targetCreate, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering kitchen operations, food safety, inventory, and customer serviceEnsure SOPs are consistently followed across both locationsLead and support teams across two locations, ensuring consistent standards, culture, and performanceAct as the operational backbone for future location expansions, building scalable processes and structuresApply strong understanding of business model and workflow to improve overall efficiency and profitabilityBring a management mindset to daily decisions ? balancing quality, cost, speed, and team performanceDesired Candidate ProfileProven background as a Bakery/Pastry Chef, with hands-on product knowledgePrior experience in operation management or multi-location leadership roleStrong understanding of inventory management, sales analysis, and menu engineeringExperience creating and implementing SOPsSolid grasp of business workflows and operating models within F&B/bakery settingsDemonstrated ability to reduce preparation times and improve kitchen efficiencyStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple sitesWillingness and readiness to support future branch expansionsComfortable traveling between Riyadh and Jeddah as neededUplift the operation from low to high
