Main Purpose of Job:

Retrieve pricing information from principal site pertaining to wholesale Department
Provide pricing information to wholesale team
Upload stock orders on principal site ( DPOS)
Track shipments & keep team informed to facilitate sales

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Prepare monthly orders based on feedback by wholesale Manager & team Prepare quotations for customers in the regions
Quotations to be provided as per request from Sales teams
Invoice confirmed orders
Maintain customer accounts & ensure receipt of payments
Keep Wholesales Manager informed of inventory levels, slow-moving stocks, lost sales
