To maintain and supervise the Parts inventory control systems and procedures.
Produce, check, amend and action after submittal to the Manager?Parts Operations, the?following Reports on time: Suggested Parts transfers; Suggested stock orders; Regular stock orders - sea freight; Regular stock orders - air freight; Non-stock report; Weekly transfer demand - Part-Numbers update; and Weekly stock and emergency orders for Depots.
Produce weekly the 20 days short report and take appropriate action?to maintain adequate stock levels for increase in demand.
Maintain protective stock levels for new machines on an on-going basis.
Produce timely unpacking lists of incoming shipments from suppliers and upon warehouse confirmation, receive on the computer and make proper adjustment for discrepancies.
Produce, check and submit for approval to the Manager, Parts Operation, customer and?Service quotations.
Check annual surplus Parts lists from suppliers for suitability for return and will make?the proper P.R.A. adjustments on the computer upon return.
Produce a daily physical Warehouse Stock Count List and upon warehouse input,?make proper adjustments on the computer and submit a Discrepancy Report to the?Manager, Parts Operations.
Supervise the back-order and invoice confirmation Clerks to ensure prompt back??order?and invoice processing.
Carry out any other assignments as allocated by the Company from time to time.
