To coordinate and operate the parts counter tasks in an efficient manner while maintaining a professional image.
To ensure customer satisfaction in all transactions.
To assist in achieving annual budgeted sales.
Coordinate major accounts parts sales over the counter, including IODC.
Coordinate major projects parts requirements over the counter.
Train subordinates on customer service techniques while leading with an exemplary high standard of customer satisfaction.
Assist the Parts Counter Supervisor in dealing with customer complaints.
Report any potential service sales, especially major overhauls to the Parts Counter Supervisor/Parts Operations Manager in the same day.
Report information about new customer projects and machine population to the Parts Counter Supervisor and pass it on to the PSSM.
Officiate Parts Counter Supervisor position in his absence.
Assess customers? inquiries in order to determine the required part numbers and quantities along with the customer number and the equipment details.
Communicate to customers any changes in parts? availability.
Communicate to customers back-orders? updates.
Follow-up with F&A on credit approvals.
Report all lost sales to the Parts Counter Supervisor/Parts Operations Manager in the same day.
Report any abnormal demands.
