SummaryResponsible for the plant Operation including all auxiliariesDuties and responsibilities

Monitors and evaluates all operating parameters, e.g. RO or MSF or MED, including Remineralization.
Must be able to start up and shut down the plant including auxiliaries.
Must be able to make necessary adjustments as required by Operation.
Coordinates with field operator any adjustment needed to be done in the field.
Keeps proper records of all operating parameters and abnormalities.
Monitors and keep all instruments including auxiliaries in the control room in good operating condition.
Consults with and advises shift Foreman for any abnormality encountered in the operation.
Performs any other related duties as assigned by the shift Foreman
Knowledge of chemicals usage in desalination plant is needed.
Knowledge of Potable water specifications and water analyzing methods is essential.
Coordinates maintenance and operating works with operation Shift Personnel.
Prepares daily reports.
Implements Safety procedures/policies.
