Our Client:A group of companies and has food chain retail business in the region is looking to hire an Operations Manager to be based in Jeddah.Your Role:The Operations Manager will lead the strategic direction, management and top-line & bottom-line revenues for the company with a team reporting in. Understands market mix and aligns human resources, structures and systems to achieve strategic goals and maximize revenues.Works tactically with all the department heads to ensure a strategically symbiotic relationship between the disciplines. You would be managing the supply chain and quality assurance as well and drive a cohesive strategy that maximizes efficiency, operations management and continuous improvement of the business.
