Perform daily and weekly inspection of facility to ensure smooth operations
Hire and train maintenance employees to carry out specialized duties
Delegate maintenance issues to appropriate personnel for effective resolution

Perform periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical, electrical, and other systems
