Job Description

MISSIONSteer the operations team and coordinate the technical departments of the different productionzones, in order to make proposals to the company?s management and to develop, where appropriate,strategies, objectives and the establishment of procedures for standardisation of operations and legalcompliance within the framework of technical management.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop proposals to management for: technical management strategies, operating procedures,
  • implementation of new management tools, improvement of operational efficiency and tools for
  • implementation and compliance monitoring.
  • Promote and implement the technical guidelines established by the company?s management, in
  • assisting the specialised area of operations management, in coordination with the different functional
  • areas and in particular with the technical management of the production zones.
  • Implement best practices in technical operations, drawing on the experience and know-how of the
  • organisation itself or from outside, encouraging the participation of workers from other functional
  • and production areas.
  • Detect needs and elaborate functional documents for the development of IT tools.
  • Assist IT management by coordinating the involvement of technical and production consultants in
  • the development and deployment of tools.
  • Enhance the dissemination of technical knowledge within the organisation.
  • Inform and advise on the progress of technical management to the company?s management bodies.
  • Conduct the technical-economic management of accredited laboratories as a production unit.
  • Act as the company?s agent in sectoral forums.
  • Provide content for online communication channels.
  • Take any additional steps necessary to perform the duties of this job position.
