Job Description

Were an event application and gateway and were excited to have a new addition to our team under the name of Operational Specialist .An ideal candidate must have no less than 3 years of experience in managing application processes, e-commerce platforms, dealing with suppliers and clients, and establishing successful relationships with them. Responsibilities:

  • Following up with and ensuring the speed of daily processes.
  • Implementing operational plans aligned with company goals.
  • Working with the IT department to ensure application efficiency and workflow stability.
  • Increasing productivity and offering quick and suitable solutions.
  • Monitoring client activity, collecting feedback, improving customer experience, achieving customer satisfaction, and establishing a better connection with clients.
  • Working as a team player as well as working with different departments.
  • Tracking and managing inventory and developing performance reports.
 Qualifications:
  • Have no less than 3 years of experience as an Operational Specialist (a candidate with experience in events is preferred).
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
