Job Description

Were an event application and gateway and were excited to have a new addition to our team under the name of Operational Supervisor/Manager.  An ideal candidate must have no less than 3 years of experience in e-commerce, dealing with and establishing successful relationships with suppliers and clients, brand awareness, and marketing. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing operational and sales plans.
  • Optimizing our app and working with the IT department to ensure procedure efficiency and workflow stability.
  • Increasing our companys market share.
  • Increasing brand awareness.
  • Improving our services & establishing a strong customer base.
  • Improving customer experience & resolving complaints.
  • Negotiating & establishing solid relationships with suppliers.
  • Tracking & monitoring sales.
  • Staying on top of event industry trends.
 Qualifications:
  • Have no less than 3 years of experience as an Operational Manager/Supervisor (a candidate with experience in events is preferred).
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
