? Identify all relevant standards and Customer requirements, to ensure compliance with relevant National/International Standards and legislation, and contract specification? Design electrical power OHTL including layouts, sections, and electrical calculation.? Develop and evaluate OHTL quantities during tender phase.? Perform engineering analysis/calculations to support OHTL designs.? Design work to be undertaken with due regard to Health, Safety & Environmental Procedures, and productionof Designer Risk Assessments, as necessary, to fulfil the Company?s obligations? Review substation construction package.? Provide quality reviews of construction packages prior to issuance to construction.? Provide technical assistance during the construction of projects.? Prepare all required drawings / models and perform design check of drawing contents to be submitted forcustomer / sub-contractor interface? liaise and coordinate contract requirements with Project Manager, customer, external suppliers, and otherDepartments at earliest opportunity.? Control, update, and report on workload progress, giving estimates to complete and highlight potentialdelivery problems? Attend and contribute to Design Reviews / Construction Support / Contract Close-out Meetings, ensuring thatappropriate items are actioned in a timely manner.? Liaise with other designers and technicians for drawings and calculations requirements. (Including Suppliers).
