As a valued member of the SAEC team, you will not be treated as a number, instead, you will be a family member that will grow with the company.You will be responsible for :

  • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Taking meeting minutes, ready to be shared externally, when needed
  • Maintaining files, database, and documentsÿup to date, organised in the server
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
  • Completing vendor registration forms and ensuring deadlines for agreements and contracts are met.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and/or vendors.
  • Managing and maintaining executives? schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Completing follow-ups and needed communications to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any general office related concern.
  • Supporting with creating marketing material, for online and offline channels when needed
  • Overseeing and maintain social media presence (Instagram & ) along with leadership
  • Offering support on events operations and activations (E.g. on-site Red Bull Activation setup support)
