Job Description

Brief?Arabian Tires Est, one of the largest tire and automotive battery importers in Saudi Arabia, is looking to expand its retail network across the kingdom. The company aims to invest and grow in direct to consumer channels and is investing in the opening of tire service centers to add to its current portfolio. Experience is necessary.??Role ?The manager will be responsible for identifying, leasing, and opening new tire service centers. The manager must have experience in opening stores across Saudi Arabia. They will first identify the regions and upcoming hotspots to open, negotiate pricing for retail space, contract, and overview the set up our service centers for opening.?Job summary?The new stores development manager will take full responsibility for the growth of Arabian Tires? retail centers across Saudi Arabia.?Responsibilities?

  • Identify current potential retail sites and upcoming hot spots for retail sites
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize leasing agreements
  • Overview the setup of the retail center
  • budgets for retail store, fit outs, equipment, contractors, etc
  • Reporting to management on progress, negotiations, leasing expirations, etc
  • Continuously finding new potential sites
