Coordinate and participate in Enhancements of Network Infrastructure and adhere to efficient operational practices and improve continuously.
Perform Network & Security implementation and management activities including setup, Installation, Testing, Configuring, and fine tuning devices, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with system/security/database/application administrators to ensure the efficiency and security of the installed hardware.
Responsible for efficient and secure connectivity between ATC/MITC/DR and Clients;
Support Internal/External users for network security and related issues and solutions
Conduct necessary network security maintenance (Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) and upgrades in coordination with IT Personnel.
Monitor and maintain audit logs for relevant security devices.
Monitor Network traffic and ensure Intrusion Prevention and Intrusion Detection process are well maintained to avoid any security breaches in the Network.
Assume all authorities outlined in the authority schedules
Gather information from User(s) on errors and discrepancies in Network Security.
Prioritize and escalate complex issues to Head of IT.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, or accessed within the Network.
Document relevant Logs, bugs & Fixes for resolution and future reference.
Document Network Availability Logs
Undertake tasks assigned by Head of IT in line with the skill sets pertaining to Job Title.
