Developing sales opportunities for all Epiroc product lines, with a focus on aftermarket products, service, and support.
Performing analysis on the existing fleet to identify sales opportunities and service contracts.
Communicating with the customer on aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Make quotations, sign orders, collect receivables.
Track the spare parts delivery schedule and feedback to customer.
To be responsible for the cost of budget and sales targets.
To provide Monthly report to management with accurate and timely information on sales, work done and next month activity planning, visits to the customers, monthly OR/OI forecast, new customers/project information and detailed information on the competitor?s activity.
Other duties as assigned.
