Implement and maintain a sampling monitoring plan program, following regular sampling schedules within a specific environment and collect samples from different types of environments, such as process lines, etc.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records document and record all test results.
Maintain and update all required documents as ICP, in-house records, etc?
Observing, monitoring, and identifying microorganisms of concern, and tracking of microorganisms in the process environments.
Perform analysis of all samples provided to the micro lab.
Inventory of the equipment and material used in the lab.
And any other assignments were given by the QAM.
To perform the microbiological analysis?for:
Finished goods in defined frequency.
Raw materials in defined frequency.
Environment, Air and water samples, etc. ?In defined frequency.
