Duties and Responsibilities:1- Acts as an effective change agent.2- Responsible for outsource and privatization of critical care/primary care centers tendered by MOH.3- Responsible for Quality, safety, patient experience, and finance of the Ambulatory Care Centers(AMS).4- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of all elements of healthcare delivery including but not limited to: strategy,business planning, operations and financial management.5- Develops and implements AMS strategic plan.6- Responsible for overall coordination and administration of designated clinic.7- Establishes a model of care that creates high value care, improves the health status of the designated population,contains cost and provide an enhanced patient experience.8- Oversights development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines and ensures their compliance withnational and international standards.9- Implements and monitors clinical and administrative performance indicators, identify trends and improves processeswhere necessary.10- Plans and coordinates continuing education activities and training for staff based on needs assessment.11- Plans, manages and controls the budget for clinic services, resources and facilities.12- Submits required reports to administration.13- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.14- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.15-Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as ?the patient isthe center of our care?.
