Job Description

Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance to the production machines in timely manner to minimize the breakdown and ensure best utilization of the machines.

  • Ensure compliance with company?s policies and procedures.
  • Adjust the machines from size to another as per the planning demand to ensure accuracy of the production.
  • Perform the preventive maintenance through checking regularly the machines to ensure reliability of the machine and avoid the machine down time.
  • Perform the corrective maintenance through the communication with the production team in order to resolve the major breakdown machines.
  • Report to Technical Support Supervisor required tools and spare parts to support production operations and prevent shortages that cause delays.
  • Conduct major servicing/repairs for plant facilities, and document incidents in terms of cause of failure/ malfunction, time required for repair, status, and required parts.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), safety, health, environment and 5S standards while maintaining machines.
  • Report accidents and work injuries to Technical Support Supervisor, and make recommendations to establish safe working environment.
  • Report to direct manager as requested.
