Able to fit, troubleshoot & repair machinery and equipment but not limited to turn tables, conveyors, filling machines (piston fillers, peristaltic servo filling machines, capping machines for twist off caps, labelling machines, packaging (tray, carton, tape machines, Cartesian robots) and processing machines (pumps, tanks, degassing, mixers & storages)
Able to maintain & overhaul, replace seal kits for pumps such as (Rotary lobes, circumferential piston pumps, centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps and others).
Able to maintain and fit gearboxes, plate heat exchangers (PHE), brazed type HE, cooling coils, pipelines, filters and other different kind of air actuated and manual valves
Able to maintain conveyors in any kinds but not limited to table top chains, gravity, modular conveyors, flat belts and others.
Capable to fit SS DN or SMS standard pipes without any liquid leak and maintain any components in the pipeline.
Able to fit & repair any kind of motors, blowers and its peripherals
Able to overhaul air compressors, dryer systems, water pumps & fire pump systems.
Able to maintain & repair steam boilers and its equipment such as oil pumps, blow down valves, burner, nozzle, chimney and other mechanical parts of boilers
Able to fit, maintain, overhaul, replace but not limited to bearings (ball & roller bearing types), gaskets, seal kits, flanges, linear modules (ball screw), star wheels, worm screws, clutches, pulleys, pneumatic valves, hydraulic valves, cylinders, pistons, couplings, fans, blowers, sprockets, suction cups, tensioners & ETC.
Policies, Processes & Procedures:
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day- to- Day Operations:
Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements.
Clean and lubricate equipment on regular basis.
Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
Assists in verification & follow-ups in machinery spare parts from storekeeper and suppliers
Preventive Maintenance:
Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the on-going function of bottling & processing lines
Ensures checklists are being properly filled on a timely manner
Performs routine alignment, cleaning, calibration of systems and equipment
Corrective Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and repair production machineries and equipment
Assist production small stops
Adjust and fine-tune production lines systems? and equipment in case production limitation
Projects:
Supports project installations
Initiates lean projects that will help process reliability
Safety, Quality & Environment:
Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, forms and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Reporting:
Prepares written materials or in the internal system database (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.
Participates in maintenance operations review
Ensures SAP reports are being filled and maintained
Related Assignments:
Performs other related duties as assigned
Takes coverage on other skilled trades
E.g. (During a leave of other staff, emergency situations, and other manufacturing requirements)
