1- Leads all operations teams and coaches them to achieve daily manufacuring targets.2- Process Material requisitions either Making/Packing for Production through appropiate systems.3- Arranges/Segregates needed materials for daily Operations in their assigned locations.3- Participates in the daily shift handover meeting with operations teams.4- Supervises all production lines Material Flow/Requirments to achieve daily operation targets.5- Leads operation teams to conduct required Business Inventory Practises.6- Owns department Standard Operating Procedures SOPs development for the Material Control, renewal and qualification.17- Supervises Material Utilization MU adherence target in the department, develops and leads action plans to close all MU failures.8- Leads all operation teams to deliver all required reports related to Material Control on time with accurate data.19- Leads operational qualification for new projects and technologies in terms of Material Control with other departments.10- Complies with all QA/Safety/Food Safety standards and procedures.11- Analyze Material Losses; then strives to Minimize/Eliminate these losses with systematic action plans across operation lines through operation teams.12- Investigates/generates supporting data that enable appropriate decision makers to deal with Material Control issues.13- Recommends workable ideas on how to streamline various operations on the line and improve productivity and processes via OPLs and Kaizens.
