To provide all necessary support for stores (existing, new & refits) with creative and reliable visual merchandising excellence and to provide the skills and the knowledge of brand guidelines, train and motivate store teams to aide with their development. To support the Marketing & Product Planning Team in leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.Duties & Responsibilities:Implement and maintain visual requirements in accordance with brand guidelinesTo support, train and develop store teams in the understanding of Company Visual guidelinesRun refits and new store openingsWhen in store communicate with the store management team to ensure required actions and future plans are implemented correctlyCreate a store visit report to ascertain any tasks that need to be achieved - giving constructive feedback to store management team, Regional Manager and Visual MangerMeeting in the Head Office with Brand Manager to give and receive feedback on all store visitsCommunicate with brand Manager on a weekly basis reviewing and implementing any visual plansAnalyze all relevant information and implement as requiredImplement window changes in line with brand guidelinesKey experience with window installationsIn store product merchandising & visual displaysCreative flair and an eye for detailPractical skills, planning and the ability to prioritize and organize self and othersGood verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with different functionsAbility to work as part of a team and Lead the entire team as requiredFlexibility and reliability are essential
