Job Description

Job SummaryPerform day to day marketing activities including attending advertising campaigns and attracting new customers to achieve the set goals and targets, track sales data and information, maintain promotional materials inventory and maintain marketing databases in compliance to applied policies and procedures.Job Duties

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Support and assist the direct manager in all day to day marketing operations.
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
  • Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Plan and organize promotional and advertising presentations.
  • Attend and coordinate marketing activities or events to raise the brand awareness.
  • Prepare marketing programs and campaigns in order to support marketing plans and achieve goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, offers and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends for growth.
  • Collect information and data as required regarding to the marketing plans and activities.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising and maintain research databases.
  • Track product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing of events, promotions, and sponsorships.
  • Ensure that all the company events and programs are documented.
  • Maintain copy for all marketing materials such as collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, follow inventory stock in order to place orders and verify receipt.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information.
  • Prepare and edit the content for advertisements.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
