Position SummaryThe Marketing Project Specialist combines marketing and project management experience. The Marketing Project Specialist will maintain product marketing roadmaps and calendars, work cross-functionally across teams and interface with external agencies. This position will also be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and developing content assets.Scope of Work? Lead and execute marketing and advertising campaigns and program launches.? Manage and maintain multiple, simultaneous projects, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and best practices.? Work with Marketing and Entrepreneurship teams to develop, pitch and execute innovative marketing plans for program launches, event and digital campaigns.? Collaborate with marketing team to ensure a full spectrum of digital, print, social media and events activities are employed.? Manage and create project timelines and budgets, monitor projects and campaigns from start to finish.? Curate content and assist with writing, editing, and posting to websites, events, and social media, including Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram and YouTube.? Pitch and produce content that will elevate entrepreneurship brand on social media platforms such as Instagram Stories and IGTV.? Support community management on and WhatsApp.? Conduct interviews and project manage article development for publication across multiple channels.? Work with external vendors and agencies to project manage campaigns.? Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of his/her position.
