Market Intelligence: Long Range Plans, budget and annual sales and marketing plan-In order to help the management in its decision process: Built a deep analysis process of the targeted markets. Market evolution (size trends) Market segmentation, analysis of business opportunities, competitive landscape analysis, Pricing strategy, 4P analysis. All information gathered in group files (LRP).-Identify & validate priorities in the geography (best opportunity countries, ranges, products). -Improve the reporting process (Sales follow up, Budget presentation).-Build countries marketing roadmap.-Build Business Plan for the strategic product lines.Management of product portfolio:-In liaison with the Data Manager, define the product contour for the region (PIM perimeter). -Preparation of the launchings for key Product Lines. Adaptation to targets. Definition of promotional means. Promotion deployment to generate business.-Involvement in R&D new development projects. With the help of corporate Business Unites marketing, identify the needs for each country and control they are taken into account by R&D. Active participation in SBU validation process.-Price positioning vs. competition.-Specific focus on Faster Expending Segments (Energy Efficiency, Data Center, IOT connected solutions).Omnichannel animation:-In liaison with Sales Managers, animate the different sales channels in the area (Professional (projects) ? Retail ? DIY ? focus on E-commerce opportunities).-Validation of communication means. Promotion roadmap. Digitalization.-Pilot the training of sales teams & customers.-Price consistency between Channels.-Profitability follow-up. Digitalization:-Managing the digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including eCommerce, product data management, and digital content creation.-Manage product assortment and content in the PIM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.-Create compelling digital content for websites, social media, mobile platforms, and eLearning modules.-Develop written, visual, and video content to promote products, industry-related topics, and company news.-Manage social media accounts, implement effective campaigns, respond to customer queries, and monitor performance metrics.-Produce engaging eLearning modules and collaborate with internal teams to achieve communication objectives.-eCommerce Channel Management, stay informed about market trends, competition, and pricing to identify selling opportunities and threats.-Determine the product assortment for the eCommerce channel, aligning with customer preferences and market demands.-Validate and communicate product data requirements to ensure accurate representation on eCommerce platforms.-Manage the eCommerce marketing budget, allocating funds strategically to achieve sales targets.-Develop and execute promotional programs and channel-specific marketing campaigns.Define and monitor channel-specific KPIs, such as sales performance and customer satisfaction.-Validate performance targets. Build measurement tool. Define reporting process to area management.
