Develop and document quality governance processes for Cyber initiatives, BAU, policies/standards, contracts, etc.
Ensure the processes are aligned to clear objectives and have oversight/review frequencies.
Implement continuous improvement cycle for existing processes
Design and implement a Cyber Security risk management process.
Analyze current risks and identify potential risks that affect the company
Evaluate the current managing of risks and compare potential risks with criteria set by the company such as costs and legal requirements
Educate management on the most significant risks to the business to ensure they understand the risks that might affect their departments and ensure individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks
