Develop the Group?s FP&A team and activities.Drive the budget, forecast and long term plans for the business divisions, corporate and all overheads.Manage the periodic financial statements consolidation for the Group companies.Responsible for financial management reporting including monthly reviews with corporate management teams and detailed review with the subsidiaries Leadership teams.Lead expense management initiatives by partnering with subsidiaries? finance heads and overhead leadership to manage expense line-items and partner with procurement to spearhead expense reduction projects.Oversee the capital expenditure approval and planning processStrategic partner to Group?s CFO. Align strategic initiatives to long range plans and prepare divisional and corporate scorecards.Provide support and guidance to all entities in the Group to ensure standardization and consistency in forecast projections, reporting and processesSupport Subsidiaries? CFOs and finance managers in coordinating and managing monthly project and business reviews.Prepare reports and presentations for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.Perform ad hoc projects for Corporate and subsidiaries on an as needed basis
