Job summary: We are hiring an Architectural Engineer with an experience of management. The candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate activities in architectural and engineering Activates & will be responsible for the evaluation and design of building projects. Working as an Architectural Engineer the candidate will be responsible for working with internal departments and external parties on building and design projects, ensuring the structural and functional integrity of building structures and systems, and identifying and solving design flaws.What we look for an Architectural Engineer/Manager to be precise, detail-oriented, able to handle pressure and able to manage a team. We expect the candidate to be analytical, have excellent time management skill, problem solving skills and the ability to find effective solutions to fit with the project?s timeline, budget, and objectives.Accountability:This role report to the CEO of ECCP & HR ManagerResponsibilities & duties:

• You will perform as Manager of all administrative ? Engineering activities.
• You will be creating technical architectural 2D design drawings, 3-D design models, sketches, renderings, layouts, study models, and mockup.?
• Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
• Using CAD, Revit, 3D Max and Lumion software?to create 2D -drawings & 3D models that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Printing CAD drawing schematics to be used by architects, structural & Electro technical engineers.
• ?Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
• ?Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
• Make detailed plans for the development of new products and designs.
• Determine staff, training, and equipment needs.
• Propose budgets for projects and programs.
• Collaborate in Hiring and supervise staff
• Lead research and development projects to produce new products, processes, or designs.
• Check the technical accuracy of their staff?s work.
• Ensure the soundness of methods their staff uses.
• Coordinate work with other staff and managers.
• Collaborating with architects and other engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
• ?Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

• Saudi National.
• A Bachelor?s / Master?s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• ?10+ years experience with proven experience related to architectural design in Jeddah market.
• 4+ years Proven Experience of Management.
• A valid membership certificate with aProfessionaldegree from SCE ?Saudi Council of Engineers?.
• Experience in the regulations and requirements for building permits of Jeddah Municipality.
• Extensive experience working for Jeddah municipality systems.
• Experience in Saudi civil defense requirements & standards.?
• Experience of the Saudi Building Codes and has a familiarity with local plan of Jeddah city.
• Proficiency in design programs (D3 & D2).
• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
• The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
• Excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
• Good team working and communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Organizational skill
• Proficiency in administration work activities.
