Job Description

Job Purpose:??Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and a high renewal rate in all of the Company malls portfolio.?Main Accountabilities:??Responsibilities and deliverables for which this position is accountable

  • Attract suitable tenants to match the mall positioning and approved strategy
  • Recommend retail concepts and develop stacking plans for all shopping malls
  • Responsible for all leases under negotiation including renewals, occupancy target; market rent reviews, and development feasibilities and is also involved in major lease negotiations for Retail and Office Space
  • Establish work parameters (plans, budgets, targets, and resource allocations) for reporting teams by managing the skill set of these teams and to ensure that they can achieve set objectives.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and methodologies are adhered to.
  • Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up.
  • Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit-out, through to trading.
  • Prepare occupancy report leasing income report
  • Responsible for tenant mix layout
  • Generate quarterly reports to update the management on progress (Actual vs. Budget).
