? What Youll Do*:- Installation of kitchen equipment (refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, etc.) in new projects and operating kitchens.- Manage company asset tagging and transfer between the warehouse and kitchens.- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for operating equipment in all kitchens across KSA.- Assist and supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment purchased from suppliers.- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction or fault in operating equipment in the kitchens.- Provide quick responses to urgent maintenance requests.- Perform visual checks and audits on all equipment in the operating kitchens.- Check and report the workmanship of external contractors to the line manager.- Fulfill other duties as requested by the line manager.
