Job Purpose? He will be responsible for the complete service activities of Epiroc Drilling Machines , Hydraulic attachments amd Brokk demolition machines in the assigned territory .Key Accountabilities? Training and Coaching of customer Maintenance personnel.? Route Cause Analysis on repetitive failures.? Assembly & Commissioning of machines.? Installed fleet mapping.? Support customers with suggested stocking guides.? Forward customer feedback and any leads on new equipment requirements.? Support in promotion of Equipment / component rebuilds.? Promote and carry out routine audits.? After hours and standby duties as and when required.
